No! The haircare superstores like Supercuts have a very high turnover rate so the employees do not have much of a vested interest in whether you are a satisfied customer and they often don't have much experience, especially with color which can be very tricky. Good color (and cut) people tend to work at established salons. Ask for someone with experience and ask what that experience is when you call to book your appt. Good luck!
