I have dyed dark brown hair and I want to go blonde. Can I get a double process at one of these cheaper chain places? Do I need an appointment? How mcuh would it cost? Answers to any of these is much appreciated.Can I get a double process ar hair cuttery or supercuts?
you probably shouldn't, it could be a total disaster. most people who work there didn't pass their state board tests with flying colors. but if you have no other choice, go to each and talk to their hair coloring specialists first to see if it's possible for them to do.
