any stylist will be glad to help you get the cut you want via photo reference. bring the photo in and tell your stylist what qualities you like about the cut, and make sure that if there is any color you want to change that it matches YOUR skin tone, dont base it on the photo. good luck with your new look!
Its alot easier to give them a photo of what you want and they probably will know how to do it. i did that for my prom hairstyle and they got it on target, but i went to like a beauty parlor. No harm in trying, if they cant get it to be the same as the photo then just explain it to them.
